Your booking is subject to confirmation and a holding deposit of £10 is required to secure your provisional booking. Any cancellation within 3 days of booking will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total hire charge.

​Please Note:

1. The Hirer is responsible for the individual room during the hire period and must make sure the building is not left unattended or unlocked without ensuring it is secure. Full terms and conditions are available upon request.

2. SCP* Trustees shall not be liable for any loss or damage to any property, nor losses, damage or injury any person or persons using the facilities during the hiring, arising from any cause. It is highly recommended that the Hirer should consider insuring themselves against any such possibilities (insurance can be provided by SCP for a surcharge 12.5% of the hourly/daily charge).

3. The facilities will be used only for the purpose described on the booking form. If the booking relates to a regular and continuing commitment, this one undertaking shall be binding for all occasions when the facilities are used by that Hirer.

4. For non-account holders there is a £10 refundable deposit for temporary use of the keys. Keys must be collected and returned to the Administrator.

5. Use of the kitchen for cooking requires an additional payment and is by prior arrangement only.

6. Use of electrical appliances require an additional payment and is by prior arrangement only.

7. Please note that CCTV is in operation throughout the building – this is for your safety and the buildings security. A CCTV policy document is available upon request.
