Men's Shed

In our group we have teachers, tradesmen, management, craftsmen, but mostly we are diy‘ers with varying degrees of skills who just love playing around with wood.  Men’s Sheds (or Sheds) are a place to pursue practical interests at leisure, to practice skills and enjoy making and mending.

 

Activities at home are often solitary in nature while Men’s Sheds are the opposite. They’re about social connections and friendship building, sharing skills and knowledge, and of course a lot of laughter, usually with coffee and biscuits!

Meeting Times:

Tuesdays and Thursdays 9.45am - 12.45pm & 1.45pm - 4.45pm

Cost: £20 a year plus £2.00 per session
